Surya, the world’s first eco club opens today in London. The initiative belongs to the new organization Club4Climate. Dance floor is so high-tech that generates its own electricity when the people dancing on him. Organizers have promised that they will start an action, which others can follow. They will use solar panels and wind turbines, which will power the club but also the neighbors around the area.

Club4Climate will make official an manifest in the launching day for all clubs employers from the entire world, to give a helpful hand for saving the planet.

“Surya will be the first ecological club from off the planet , a starting location and a pioneer in environmental clubbing,” said Andrew Charalambous, aka Dr. Earth, owner and brain behind this project.

“The club will have a special and unique scene, composed of quartz crystals, ceramics and a new generation of technology and the people movement will generate a part of club electricity,” added Charalambous.

A wind turbine and a solar energy system will keep the club charged, and an alternative energy system will produce energy for houses around the club.
